osNanoPilot Overview

The osNanoPilot is designed for control of micro fixed-wing and helicopter UAS requiring an autopilot with minimum form-factor and weight while still benefiting from an onboard Linux computer and sophisticated INS/GPS with Air Data. Only servos and a battery need to be connected to have a fully autonomous UAS. A RC receiver can be interfaced to the autopilot allowing for manual control of vehicles. The osNanoPilot can interface with payloads over I2C, CAN, and UART using a 26-pin vehicle interface connector. A low power USB Host port is also available to interface with small low-cost HD cameras. Battery voltage and current draw measurements allow for accurate calculation of remaining battery capacity to ensure maximum flight times. The osNanoPilot supports low-cost, mesh-network datalink radios from Digi.  Frequencies are available for North America, Australia, Europe, and International.
